Travel Photo of the Week: The Arch found on the Great Ocean Road

This photo was taken during our January 2010 family holiday along the Great Ocean Road. We were fortunate to have glorious, summer days during our time exploring the coast. This photo depicts clear blue skies and calm seas, which most definitely is not the case most of the time along this wild Southern Ocean coastline.

  1. I am probably biased, being Australian, but I think that the Great Ocean Road is one of the finest drives in the world with the azure ocean and fantastical rock formations like your photo above.

  2. Agree Mark…and there is really so much of interest. I love the sheer cliffs and driving through the Otways is a real treat also. It had been some time since I’d been down that way and was fabulous family holiday. :-)
