Betta Fish Channoides

The Betta Albimargarita is a relative of the Betta fish known as "Channoides"

This Betta dwells mainly in rivers and swamp areas of Borneo, near the region of Kalimantan Timur, and long the Mahakam River basin.

The types of waters that the Betta fish Channoides loves is creeks, reedy pools, and slower moving streams.

It prefers water that's brownish in color and highly acidic due to fallen forest debris.

Channoides also prefer more shallow water areas and thrive when there's a large deal of leaf like litter and natural plant roots.

Channoides are also known by the name: Snakehead Fighter.
